Paul Wellman is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the founder of Pro Wellman Fitness. Since 2010, Paul has been dedicated to helping everyday people achieve their fitness goals. His expertise lies in working with individuals recovering from back injuries and designing tailored exercise programs that fit the unique needs of each client. With a passion for improving the health and well-being of his clients, Paul combines his extensive knowledge with a personalized approach to ensure optimal results. Frequently Asked Questions

Will anyone else be present during my personal training session?
No, unless you sign up for a two person personal training session. This is perfect for family or friends.

Do you have virtual personal trainers?


Yes, we do provide virtual personal training sessions. This service is provided because some people live too far away to reach the facility or can't make it into the facility.

Do you accept insurance?

No, although some insurance will reimburse clients for the personal training services.

Will I always have the same personal trainer?


Yes, it is very important to us that you meet your goals and we will never pass you off to another personal trainer.

How to sign up for a personal training?

To sign up please click the book now button at the top of your screen. After your free consultation we will find a time or times we can meet every week.  

What if I travel a lot for work?


We offer online personal training that you can do from a hotel room or in a gym.
 

What can I do for my back pain right now?


It is hard to say what you can do right now, because one of our personal trainers have not done an assessment yet. That being said correcting your posture and bracing is usually a good start.
 

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope! We offer simple, flat-rate pricing without any contracts or commitments.
